THE DESIGN PROCESS:
Step 1: Fill out this questionnaire so we can better understand what you’re looking for. The more detailed, the better. Within three business days we’ll get back to you with a quote.
Step 2: When we agree on a quote we’ll email you a contract (sample here). We’ll ask you to sign it electronically and to pay a 50% deposit, either via cheque or direct bank transfer.
Step 3: The brainstorming begins. This phase includes market research into design trends and your competitors’ branding, and critical thinking about your business and how to reflect it through design.
Step 4: Designing drafts. The three drafts you will receive to choose from are usually the best of a dozen other discarded drafts. Our standard lead time for drafts is one week, but if you require urgent turnaround there will be additional fees. You’ll receive low-resolution PDFs of which you can choose your favourite.
Step 5: Revisions. Price includes three rounds of revisions; any further revisions incur costs billed at $50 per hour. You can expect final product within one week.
Step 6: Once we’ve agreed on a finished product and you’ve paid the remaining 50% of the project cost, we’ll supply high-res images either to you or your printer. Native files require an additional fee.
